Dear friends today I want say about our water table. Water table is the water inside the earth. Water Table means water below the land. Level of Water table is depelting very fast. How?
We are growing economy and we are growing by 6% annually. This is leading to tremendous construction work rapidly on our land. Due to construction like road,building, etc we are reducing the seepage area of water. Hence, water is not reaching below. Water table is not recharged.
If water table is not recharged than we are going to face severe problems in near future.Problem like climate change,earth quake,barren land will arise. Therefore, we should take some action.That does not mean to stop the development work.Development work should go on but keeping ecological balance. So every construction should be abide by severe ecological manitance norm.Water harvesting must be made mandatory to each citizen of INDIA.

BANDRA WORLI SEA LINK.
BANDRA WORLI SEA LINK IS MAJOR STEP FOR INDIAN GROWTH. BUT THIS LANDMARK ACHIVEMENT HAS TAKEN ALMOST ONE DECADE TO COMPLETE.
DURING SAME PERIOD CHINA BUILT 05 SUCH LINK BUT WE MANAGE ONLY ONE THAT ALSO HALF. OUT SPEED IS VERY SLOW. WE NEED TO SPPED UP.
